  25.         It works okay for me, but I think you are supposed to press it
  26. (that's what i do and the docs say) and then release.

  28.         ie: press L once and let go
  29.         Then adjust the size with the mouse
  30.         Then press L one more time and you will now use the set limited
  31.         region.
